Currently we manufacture size 0 and 2 and we are introducing size 1 and 3 shortly. 

 

All our capsules incorporate a self-lock mechanism with:

1. 6 pre-locks - prevents separation caused by external forces and maintains the cap's diameter; improving filling machine performance
2. 2 air channels - allows air to escape; critical when operating on high speed filling machines
3. 2 radial locking indentures - provides circular locking; prevents leakage of content and separation of cap and body after filling
4. Beveled edges - ensures the cap and body connect easily

Our capsules are designed to run on a wide range of high-speed automated capsule filling machines.

Note - All our raw materials conform to Indian, US and European Pharmacopoeia standards. Before production, all raw materials are quarantined and checked to ensure strict compliance with the Pharmacopoeia standards as well US FDA cGMP and WHO GMP regulations.
