Terrene Pharma benefits immensely from a state-of-the-art production facilities constructed in 2007. From the design stage our team has concentrated on creating a facility that incorporates the latest in ergonomics, energy conservation and HVAC principles. 

 

The facility's air-space is controlled by world's best HVAC system which keeps the air at a precise humidity and temperature level.  The system prevents contamination by mineral oil and other common ingredients which impair the production process.  The system also washes out dust, airborne bacteria and viruses - helping us to achieve total control over the environment.

 

The production of capsules occurs on state-of-the-art machines which are fully automated using PLC and PID controllers. The system uses internationally acclaimed components and software with built-in calibration, validation and qualification tools. This helps us produce high quality capsules, batch after batch and order after order.

 

Our facilities and processes incorporate WHO GMP and US FDA cGMP standards.
